I believe that all change happens one step at a time. Every change has its
own timing and moderation. One of the first things I hear when I meet someone new is, “I live a pretty healthy life”. I’ve come to realize that many people don’t know what “healthy” truly means. Most people are confused about what they should change. I work collaboratively with clients and help them understand the connection between food, relationship, carrier, spirituality and how these domains influence their life.
Often, changes in our bodies such as weight gain, early aging, inflammation, headaches, low energy and so on is also connected with our habits and knowledge of what a healthy life signifies. I also believe that what you put in your mouth matters. It’s your medicine, your life line, the secret to living the rest of your life in a beautiful, energized healthy way . We all have our own unique Nutritional Style and discovering your own bio individual self and learning to adapt through seasons, changes in environment and life’s stressful times, will ensure a vibrant healthy and a life well lived.
I believe in the power of my work and the importance for all of us to become more aware of our food intake, health and self-care. Learning together how to manage our bodies and figure this huge piece of life out together is what I’m all about.I am a board certified Integrative Nutritionist and a Roads Runners Club of American Certified Coach living in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I've attended the institute of Psychology Of Eating and I'm a specialist in art therapy.
