Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Healthy people meet their fluid needs by drinking when thirsty and drinking with meals. Water helps keep your body temperature normal and lubricate and cushion joints. It also protects your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues by getting rid of wastes through urination, perspiration, and bowel mouvements. So drink up!
